Verdict:

A versatile device that's incredibly small and easy to use

The Asus WL-330g Travellers Wireless Pocket Access Point is possibly the smallest device of its type and can also work as a wireless adaptor for other devices.

It connects to a computer via the network or Ethernet socket, which may sound more complicated than USB, but means it can be used with devices other than computers. An Ethernet connection cannot supply power, however, so you have to use a mains adapter or a special USB-powered plug, both of which are supplied.

Setting up the WL-330g is very easy. Once plugged in, you change its settings using the supplied software or by going to the Asus website. The set-up pages are clear and easy to use.

If your USB ports are all taken up, the Asus WL-330g is a nice alternative.
