No More Spam (NMS) for Outlook becomes part of MS Outlook upon installation, and can take care of spam filtering for an unlimited number of email accounts.
The first thing the software does is scan your Contacts folder and add all addresses it finds to a 'safe' list.
NMS adds an extra toolbar to Outlook, offering you options such as Block Sender/Allow Sender, Block Word(s)/Allow Word(s), for using on individual emails.
A dictionary of 5,000 spam words is included to get you started, and this is updated every time you block a new word.
The default settings move spam to a Quarantine folder, which you can then check and delete as necessary. This can be changed as the software becomes more accurate, so that spam messages are deleted immediately.
A feature uncommon in other spam filters is the ability to specify that emails written in certain languages are automatically moved to the Quarantine folder.
Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be any way of gaining access to the Quarantine folder, except to empty it.
