Workshop: Add shared folders to your network

Learn how to make more of a computer network by making selected folders available for sharing

You may well by now have a functioning wireless network up and running although the network may have been intended to serve no greater purpose than to share a broadband internet connection. However, networked computers offer other possibilities, such as enabling users to swap and share data between two or more machines.

In this short Workshop we’ll demonstrate how to make selected folders on one computer available for other network users to access, be it for simple viewing of contained files or full collaborative working.
