Minimize replaces the Taskbar for minimised programs. Instead it shows a small preview on the Desktop.
This preview gives an indication of what the software is doing and is more informative than a simple name as the Taskbar offers.
The latest version 1.0.37 allows you to move the previews around and removes the previews of programs that have crashed. Officially this is still a public beta so there may be problems that did not show up in our testing.
The publisher does warn that there are still one or two problems including Windows key and M hiding windows but not creating the previews and that it does not capture DOS boxes.
Minimize currently only runs on Windows XP.
