Before printing a document it is often a good idea to see how the document
will look on paper.
In Microsoft Word, this can be done by clicking the Print Preview icon on the
toolbar or opening the File menu and choosing Print Preview.
But for those who like to use shortcut keys there is an alternative – hold
down Ctrl and Alt and tap I. This takes leads directly to the Print Preview
mode. To go back to the original view, just once more hold down Ctrl and Alt
before tapping I.
