PC Help: change the colour of Windows Vista's Taskbar

To change the colour of Windows Vista’s Taskbar and windows, right-click on
the Desktop and select Personalize from the menu that appears.
Click on the link labelled Window Color and Appearance, and then choose the
colour you would like to use. By moving the Color intensity slider, it is
possible to further customise the preset colours, or you can click the ‘Show
color mixer’ button and use the three sliders to mix a colour of your own. After
choosing whether or not transparency should be enabled, click on OK.
