Delete email spam before downloading.

If you have an email account, you're almost certainly receiving plenty of spam. This can be annoying because you have to download this before it can be deleted.

Install SoftMailCheck and you can filter out these unwanted emails before downloading, helping to reduce your online costs.

SoftMailCheck filters email according to your instructions. Unwanted email addresses need to be assigned to a delete list, while legitimate addresses should be added to an approved list.

In this way, whenever downloading email, the addresses are checked against the lists and handled accordingly, with unwanted emails being deleted at the server level.

Any received email addresses not on a list need to be assigned to one, which is also done before downloading.
