YeahReader 2.3

Keep up to date with this news reader

Tim Smith, Computeract!ve 21 Mar 2008

RSS news feeds are a great way to find out about the latest updates to your favourite websites. Yeahreader is a useful utility for reading and organising feeds.

Installation is simple and there are several feeds already installed. Feeds are not downloaded automatically when the program starts for the first time unless you opt to do so in a message box. This is considerate for both dial up and broadband users alike although the former will benefit more.

If the global download is not performed, each feed can be updated individually.

There is a direct link for creating a blog about a news item of interest. This is compatible with Livejournal, Blogger, Blogger API, Del.icio.us and Metaweblog API can add pictures to the blog entry and change the formatting of the post.

It is also possible to send an email about the news story.

You can find more information about our RSS news feeds here.
