PC help: Previews to you

Quickly preview pictures before you print

Marie Halstead, Computeract!ve 14 Dec 2007

Before printing a document it is often a good idea to see how the document will look on paper.

In Microsoft Word, this can be done by clicking the Print Preview icon on the toolbar or opening the File menu and choosing Print Preview.

But for those who like to use shortcut keys there is an alternative – hold down Ctrl and Alt and tap I. This takes leads directly to the Print Preview mode. To go back to the original view, just once more hold down Ctrl and Alt before tapping I.
