CES 2012 rumbles on, but I'm just about to board a plane back to the UK. So with my time in Las Vegas coming to an end, who are the winners and losers of the show?

If 2011 is going to be 'the year of the tablet', someone clearly didn't tell IFA. While the thousands of exhibitors lining the halls of the impossibly big Messe in Berlin have undoubtedly 'gone big' on tablets (Toshiba, Sony, Samsung and Acer to name four of the big ones), there is another piece of tech that has attempted to take the limelight.
Along with a wall of 3D TVs bigger than most people's houses, LG was also showing its impressive new Smart TVs. The main model on show, the LG LW6595 is a 3D TV that is 1080p HD and also has a USB 2.0 port.
With winter just around the corner (leading to the question: where was summer?) going for a run outside can prove somewhat wet/cold/icy. The simple solution is to head indoors and use a treadmill. But then you lose the glory of the great outdoors. Well, not anymore...sort of.
