Popcorn Hour maker back with new streaming services
The maker of the popular Popcorn Hour media streaming products has released its latest model.
The £139 Popbox from manufacturer Syabas will stream music, video and photos from computers on your home network but it will also work with streaming services such as the BBC iPlayer.

The box, which measures 20x15cm, connects to users' television sets using HDMI or component cables, and has an optical output for digital audio. It connects to wired networks and can be upgraded to work with wireless networks.
It uses UPNP technology to stream music, video and photo files from any computer or compatible device on a network, and is compatible with Windows DRM and the HDCP protection for high-definition video.
As on a smartphone, users can install 'apps' on the Popbox to access other media and services online. Using apps viewers can see videos from the BBC iPlayer, Youtube and more.
Costing £139, the Popbox is available from Advanced MP3 Players.

Why so expensive?
As a A-110 owner I want one of these, but why so expensive? This is only $129 in the USA, so why is it more here in the UK? Is it different firmware or are we being ripped off ?
