A phone or tablet is a good device for helping you lose weight as it's almost always to hand and can help you keep track of what you're eating.

Two popular iPhone apps, intelli-Diet and Super Diet Genius will be free on the Apple Aspp Store on Monday July 2nd.

intelli Diet iPhone app

intelli-Diet lets you track how much you eat during the day as well as offering suggestions for meals that won't spoil your goals. It can even create shopping lists so you won't find you can't make a days dish.

Super Diet Genius for iPhone

Super Diet Genius will also suggest meals and offer shopping lists as well as track the amount of water you drink throughout the day.
