Although Jersey has its own version of Distance Selling Regulations, they are very similar to those of the UK and goods should arrive within a 30-day period
I am having problems with an order for ink cartridges placed with a company called Inkspark. My order was placed at the end of April. I received an email confirming dispatch of the order.
Having allowed for delays in the post due to Bank Holidays, I still haven’t received my order.

Mr Burton placed his order on 21 April and should have received it by now. Inkspark is based in Jersey and is not bound by UK laws, but in the past couple of years the island introduced its own Sale of Goods Act and Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), which are almost identical in the rights they give consumers under the UK’s statutory laws.
Under Jersey’s version of the DSR, like the UK law, retailers have up to 30 days in which to deliver the goods, unless the two parties (buyer and seller) have agreed to a different date. Inkspark said it had already sent a replacement to Mr Burton after speaking to him and which was within the 30-day period.
People who have a problem with goods bought from Jersey need to contact Jersey Trading Standards.

Inkspark Jersey
I placed and paid for an order on June 19th and today is July 22nd yet no order has arrived which is well over the 30days they mention above. Their Freephone number defaults to an answering machine. I'll post any reply from them here.

InkSpark Jersey
Seems I'm not the only one to be underwhelmed by this company. I placed an order with them on 17th July and am still waiting on 27th July. OK, 10 days is not so long, but I would have had the goods aready from most other supplyers. Pretty galling since their Order Confirmation states 'Free Fast Delivery'. Do they have a different definition of 'fast' in Jersey? I have called their Customer Service line, which is a joke - just an answering machine and no-one responded to my message. I got a similar non-response when I emailed them. I shall definitely not be ordering from them in future, whether or not the goods do eventually arrive. This is no way to do business.

I am having the same problem with Inkspark, my order was placed on the 20 July 2011, still no delivery. I think the Jersey Consumer Council will be my next port of call.

compatibles that won't work

No Customer Serice from Inkspark
Placed order, they took the money, no goods have arrived. They NEVER answer the phone or reply to e-mails, now in the hands of Jersey Trading Standards. Avoid totally!!

Non delivery of goods
Exactly same situation. Ordered on 17 Sept and despite daily calls and emails no goods delivered and no response from Inkspark. I'll also be contacting Jersey Trading Standards.

The same problem
I ordered Canon ink cartridge from Inkspark on 17/10/2011. on 18/10/2011 got an email from Inkspark that they have dispatched the item. But until today I didn't receive it. I tried to contact them through email and telephone. But no response.

Inkspark Cowboys
As with all the people above, I have ordered ink cartridges, but 16 days after they were "Dispatched" they still haven't arrived. I usually look at reviews of companies before using them, but this time I was in a rush... (That will teach me!!) Contacting credit card to try and get a refund as no response to my email or phone messages from inkspark. (Do they really exist?)

Inkspark watch out
Same problems as above. They send confirming email but no inks arrived and they have not responded to phone messages. Their office never appears to be open

Inkspark Problems
Sadly I am normally the type of person who checks reviews first before making online purchases, but as my order was comparitively cheap, I wasnt too worried. However similar to all of the stories, I received an email within 24 hours to confirm dispatch and also havent received any goods. Telephone goes directly to a female automated answerphone, online support is nothing more than a link and never available and they haven't replied to emails. I have sent complaint to Jersey Trading Standards

Placed order 24th oct despached on 25th so they say still no delivery 1 nov unable to get in touch by phone or e-mail wish i had read the reviews above definatly never order from this company again be warned agains wasting your time and money

Underlivered order from Inkspark
I ordered print cartridges from Inkspark.Ii got an email notifying me the items have been shipped.that was 28/10/2011.As at this moment i am yet to recieve my stuff.

shocking
I'm in the same boat. Ordered £40s worth of Canon cartridges, three weeks later I received budget cartridges for a totally different printer. So anger and can't get through despite trying countless times. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

No delivery and no response !
I too am having trouble with inkspark, i ordered on October 25th was sent a despatch note on 26th and now the 14th November still no ink . Despite several attempts to contact them i get no response !!

Problems with Inkspark
I have had a similar problem. Ordered cartridges from this company at the beginning of November. Received email confirmation on 8th November to say order had been despatched. However today (16th November) still no order arrived and like everyone else I have been unable to make contact with them either by phone or email. I will be complaining to the Jersey trading.

HP Ink
I orderd 2 HP ink cartridges in Sept, they arrived as stated. Cheap too £5 each. Only ordered small amount just in case!!! - went to order more this evening - seems I was EXTREMELY lucky that the ink was despatched. Thank you for all the comments would have placed a larger order this time.

I bought some canon catridges on the 7th of November, my computer does not regonise them,I cannot find there details anywhere to contact them?

complaint
sadly I too ordered from Inkspark. Money taken from account in August but no ink arrived. I rang and told office closed for a month. Rang and emailed in September/October/November. Still no ink. Customers beware.
