Free image editor with useful tools

Image Anvil is a useful little utility that supports all of the major image formats as well as PDF.

The interface looks a little basic but the time this does not make the software any less capable.

Image Anvil can rename batches of images, an essential tool for organising pictures from a digital camera. The batch tool can also be used to convert the file format of the files.
