Cfont Pro 4

Manage the fonts on your computer

cfont-pro

Using a different font is a great way of personalising a document but it can be hard to keep track of the fonts installed on the computer, especially when software installs lots more without asking. Cfont Pro is a utility for browsing the fonts on the computer and installing new ones.

This utility used to be shareware but is now free. Installation is very simple. The fonts available on the computer are shown on the left hand side of the window. Click on one to see a preview in the main part of the screen.

This is a simple alphabet showing both upper and lower case, but it is possible to set a custom proof sheet if there is a text that works better. Information about the font is also shown.

One useful function of Cfont Pro is to preview fonts before deciding whether or not to install them, avoiding the problem of too many fonts. It can also be used to uninstall fonts, either permanently or moving them to a special folder in case you change your mind.

CFONT PRO 4

I WOULD LOVE TO COMMENT ON THE ABOVE WHICH I PICKED UP FROM YOUR LATEST ISSUE IF ONLY I COULD UNDERSTAND HOW TO DOWNLOAD IT. THE WEB PAGE SAYS IT IS SIMPLE TO INSTALL BUT DOESN'T FEATURE A LINK TO CLICK ON.

No Problem at all.

I didn't find downloading a problem. The zip file downloaded and the extracted file installs when clicked on.

Same problem

I agree with the first comment. Something seems to have downloaded but clicking on the icon does nothing. I have not been able to open this file.

C'mon guys, what are those comments??

Please guys first learn what is a ZIP file and then post your comments about not working donloads. This one works fine. You need an unzip tool, but don't use WinZip because it's not free, just try other free alternatives like 7zip (www.7-zip.org)
