This free utility cycles through wallpaper images within a folder
Give your desktop some variety with Wallpaper Juggler
The Windows wallpaper is a simple and fun way to personalise a computer but it isn't that easy to change them on a regular basis. Wallpaper Juggler is a clever utility that will cycle through a folder of images on a regular basis.
As some useful extra features, it can tell Windows to resize the image if it won't fit at the current resolution. If you are short on suitable wallpapers it can also download more from Interfacelift or Wallpaperstock.
There's no choice over the images that are downloaded so there's no guarantee they will be ones that you want but you can just leave it downloading. We stopped after 170 images. There is an option to delete the current wallpaper so at least there is no need to work through the images first.
There is a warning of the wallpaper changing, annoyingly it grabs focus which is a problem when typing away. Thankfully you can turn this option off in the preferences folder.
The website says that is also works with Windows 7.
