A simple but effective note-taking program
Noteliner costs nothing to use and is great for taking notes
Taking notes with a computer can give more legible results but it can be hard to organise them. Noteliner is a note-taking program that arranges notes to stop them from getting cluttered.
No installation is required. Just unzip the download file and run the program inside. A manual is provided in the same folder in the Noteliner format. It's a good place to start as it explains everything you need to know.
Notes are easy to write using Tab and Shift-Tab to create sub notes and return to the previous level. Each level of notes has its own icon that stops the page becoming overwhelmed.
Noteliner can also add deadlines to notes and assign them to people.

Failed Noteliner Download
When I received your Newsletter I tried to download Noteliner as it looked like a very useful tool. When I first tried there had been 125 downloads but after a few failed attempts where I got the error 404 cannot find page, I gave up. But not before noticing that the download count had gone up to 131 in the mean time! As a sort of test I managed to download Disk Space Fan, so I'm not sure why I've had this problem.
