Cooliris for Firefox 1.11.1

View pictures as an image wall in Firefox

Browsing images is easy with Piclens

Cooliris for Firefox 3 (was Piclens) is a interesting way of viewing images from websites such as Flickr. The pictures are displayed as a photowall with a smooth 3D effect when scrolling through.

Unlike some photo displays, this makes it easier to view images as they are loaded in the background, so there is less time spent waiting for new pages to load.

The images can also be shown as a slideshow, which is a lot like the Filmstrip view in Windows.

It's not just Flickr that works with Cooliris. The full list includes: Flickr, Photobucket, Picasa Web Albums, Deviantart, Smugmug, Facebook, Myspace, Bebo, Hi5, Friendster, Google Images, Yahoo Images, Ask Images, Live Images and AOL Images.

Cooliris is also available for Internet Explorer and this version is designed for Firefox 3.
