Modified version of the NVU web editor
Edit web pages with Kompozer
One of the advantages of Open Source is that if someone feels something is missing from a program, they can go ahead and put things right.
Such is the case with Kompozer and NVU. Kompozer is an alternative version of the NVU web-editing software that makes several changes.
One of the most significant changes is that it now sets the web page as following the standard rules rather than working in what is called quirks mode.
Changes have also been made to the CSS editor that should make it easier to use. The most obvious of these is that there is now a direct keyboard shortcut to open this tool.
Kompozer should also work with Vista according to the user forum, where you can also find more help.
