Protect your images with Picture Shark
Watermarking is a simple way to help stop people from copying images without permission. The watermark is another image combined into the original. Picture Shark is an easy way to add watermarks and you can select how prominant it is.
Installation is simple and Picture Shark works almost like a wizard with three tabs working from left to right. One of the big advantages of using Picture Shark is that it can apply the watermark to several images at the same time. A great timesaver if the images are to form a gallery.
Sadly Picture Shark cannot insert text as a watermark, only a picture. Still, it is a simple task to create an image with text to use.
The finished pictures can be saved as .bmp, .jpg or .png, either overwriting the original file, or saved to a different location.
