Easy Poster Printer

Make posters with an ordinary printer

Making large posters is simple with Easy Poster Printer

Easy Poster Printer solves the problem of printing large posters with an ordinary A4 printer. It automatically spans an image over as many pages as you want, printing a border line so the borders can be removed cleanly.

The software is very simple to use. Click on the Poster Image button to pick an image. The image can be in JPG, PNG, GIF or BMP formats.

Below this there is a section for setting how big the poster should be. This can be set in pages, centimetres or inches and the image can be stretched to fit this if necessary. This does not keep the aspect ration of the image so it may lead to some slightly odd results. There are several pre-defined poster sizes already set up, which is useful if you are trying to fit a set area.

Click on Print and the image will be resized and cut up to fit on the pages. We found we had to choose the printer in the Printer setup window as this was not possible after clicking on the Print Poster button.

Poster files can be saved if you want to share it or come back it later.

Please note that the file cannot be downloaded directly: to get hold of it, click the Download button, and in the window that appears, scroll down to Easy Poster Printer and click Download.

Easy poster print download doesn't work !!

Great idea but the download link is broken - it's also broken if you search for the software online. Really frustrating - had some great possibilities for artistic display of images in multiple frames !!

Great app for scrapbookers, but could be more useful with a tweak

This is great if I want to print a 12" x 12" scrapbook page on to A4 paper, but I would like to be able to move the image around the pages, so that I could choose an optimum place to join. Being able to do this would mean that I could disguise the join by sticking something over it like a piece of ribbon, but it would have to be in a place which works on the scrapbook page. I think many scrapbookers would appreciate this tool.
