These days a website isn't all about text and pictures. Adobe Flash Player helps you get the most out of the internet
If you want to enjoy content from BBC iPlayer, Adobe Flash is a must
The word ‘Flash' has perhaps gained unnecessary importance in recent years. The debacle between Adobe and Apple has lead to the iPad not being able to support Flash, which means that a lot of websites won't display properly on the tablet.
Flash, essentially, is a way of enhancing websites and adding more exciting and interactive elements. It is a ubiquitous presence on a wide range of websites.
As a result, downloading it is fairly essential practice for anyone who uses a computer. It is a must for experiencing the internet as it is intended; from embedded video and audio, to fancy graphics and much more besides.
The latest version, Flash 11, has seen a lot of updates including better support for 3D and native support for 64bit operating systems.

that's it?
I would almost not even call that an article. it's devoid of information. not even a mention that the new version of flash player has GPU access and will allow console quality game graphics through a browser. That alone is going to change the way the web looks completely within a year.
