Keep track of up to four timers with 4-in-1 Kitchen Timer

Keeping on top of cooking times can be tricky when there are several different dishes all on the go at the same time. 4-in-1 Kitchen Timer helps solve this problem with the ability to run up to four timers simultaneously.

Timers can be given a label so you don't get confused about which dish is ready when. Tapping on the label displays a list of common dishes. We were initially a little worried that this might be a hard coded list but luckily there is an edit button to add and remove items.

Each timer has a button to set the time in increments of either one or five minutes and a Start button at the top. Stopping a timer pauses it rather than reseting.

The timers will keep going if the app is closed if you have a device with iOS 4 or later. There is also an option to stop the device automatically locking.

If a time is running and the device returns to the home screen a notification number will appear on the icon. When the timer runs out a notification will appear at the top of the device screen. The timer alert sound will only sound once the app is loaded again, which is a slight disappointment. As the notification at the top of the screen only appears for a short time there is no other way to know that a timer has finished.
