Peppa Pig themed fun for four players on iPhone and iPad
Peppa Pig's Sports day is another charming member of the Peppa Pig range and offers plenty of fun for children and adults, up to four at a time. There are several different events to compete in and the game kept the attention of our children for far longer than we anticipated.
As rewards from playing the games are recorded, up to three different accounts can be created in the game, each with a name and icon.

There are four competitive games: Obstacle Course, Long Jump, Bicycle Race and Tug of War. Up to four people can take part in each event. They choose their characters by dragging them into a corner of the screen
Madame Gazelle starts the race and every player has to tap their corner as quickly as possible to win in the Bicycle Race and the Long Jump. The Obstacle Course requires a little more skill as tapping at the right time makes you jump over puddles and small walls.
We really liked the multiplayer part of the game and it appealed to both our enthusiastic testers (aged five and six).
As well as the games, players can create rosettes and ice creams. They are not saved so you might want to be quick with the screengrab combo to preserve your creations. Hold down the power button and quickly press the menu button. The screen will flash white and the picture can then be found in the Pictures App.
Finally, stickers won in races can be used to create pictures of Peppa and her friends.
The only criticism that we can make is that playing Peppa Pig's Sports Day on an iPhone is likely to be crampt but for the iPad it is excellent, not least as it avoids arguments over who's turn it is.
