Software sharpens and organises images
Serif has launched software that helps users organise and edit their photographs.
Digital Photo Suite 2009 allows users to apply effects, create artwork and upload photos and slideshows directly to sites such as Flickr and Youtube.
Effects offered by the Portrait Makeover Studio include teeth whitening, removal of blemishes, brightening eyes, eliminating dark circles and improving skin tone. The Quick Fix studio feature also removes red eye and exposure and can sharpen images.
Images can be categorised by theme, subject, location, colour, event or rating with the Albumplus X3 feature. Photos can also be sorted by dates, using the yearly and monthly calendar views.
The print design project feature can be used to create calendars, postcards and greeting cards.
The Digital Photo Suite 2009 costs £30 and is available now.
