International iPod chargers from Gear4

Keep your music player charged up during your foreign holidays

For iPod users who will be travelling this summer, Gear4 have released two international chargers for the music player.

The World Tour V2 is a 110-240V AC adapter that works with multiple plug attachments to fit plugs all over the world.

It comes with UK, US, European and Australian plugs and is fully tested for safety. It is compatible with the iPod Shuffle and will also charge any other USB-powered device. It costs £20.

The PocketPower is a battery charger for the iPod, for those times when mains power is not available. It will provide up to eight additional hours of playback, and the device can then be charged back up via USB.

It features a 2-in-1 reserve power pack and a AAA battery recharger, and comes with four AAA rechargeable batteries. It is also priced at £20.
