Pinnacle launches Vista compatible TV tuners

Tuners are fully certified and come with PVR capabilities

Pinnacle has launched two digital and one analogue tuner kit for Windows Vista.

The two digital kits - Pinnacle PCTV tuner and Pinnacle PCTV hybrid tuner kit - and the Analogue tuner kit are all fully Vista certified and optimised for the Windows Media Center software included in the Home Premium and Ultimate Editions of Vista.

The kits also have PVR features which give users the ability to watch, pause, and record live television and schedule future recordings using the Windows Media Centre TV Guide.

Additionally, the products include an infrared blaster, which allows users to connect to set-top boxes or satellite television systems.

Pinnacle PCTV tuner, Pinnacle PCTV hybrid tuner kit and Analogue tuner kit all come with a full-size remote control and will be available from March.
