HP Photosmart C4480
HP's cheapest printer-scanner has a colour screen and is an excellent choice for users on a budget. It has low running costs compared to other printers at similar prices, but gave us good-quality prints and reasonable print speeds. Text printing was good and clean, and colours were bright, giving detailed photo prints.
