A social networking site for football fans has been launched.

Extrafootie lets football supporters read the latest news about their teams and communicate with other fans through team forums.

Users can also share their thoughts with friends on their social networking profile.

In addition the “Top 11 Football Team” lets fans add their favourite and least favourite players, in the history of their club, and nation, to their profile.

There is also a community fan shop, which lets fans buy team merchandise.
