Waste of ink....
Started to download , but after 3 pages I gave up.... Just think how much ink one will use in downloading this booklet... It will cost a fortune ....

no trouble
tried the download and it worked everytime what is all the fuzz about a very good source to test every thing to find out how secure you computer system is

Have tried to download this but can't install Activex 9. Have 'enabled' in security in Tools but now joy. S?o am giving up! How about putting it on the shelf or posting it to subscribers

Free guide or rather lack off
In trying to download the "Free guide to PC security" the following message is all that appears. Unable to complete issue loading. Error code: 2 We're sorry, but it seems there's an error in the configuration of this issue, and we will be unable to complete loading it at this time. Please try again later. Version: 3.6.200805191141 Would it not be better in PDF format? Is it possible to get this booklet by any means?

Zinio download
Tried to download free security booklet to read off-line. Much prefer old system as a downloadable pdf so can read full page. The zinio is too small to read on laptop via browser.

Why not in subscribers package??
Tried to download and couldn't, print layout and format is a waste of A4 paper, Zinio is terrible, go back to pdf files pleasE!! but my biggest complaint is that i am a subscriber and it wasn't in with my magazine and yet i went into my local newsagents and there was the booklet attached to the latest issue!! I had to pay £1.59 just to get the booklet!

Comp-active Security & Privacy leaflet
Will not download properly and what does get through doesn't print beyond Cover page. This is not the first time I have tried to download what looks like a good programme or application. Looks like it's gonna be the last. It always turns out to be a waste of time, ink and paper...and my own composure. Tighten up, guys.

No way !
This is a nightmare. I would like to download the thing as a pdf; I am on dialup and this zinio thing is crashing me all the time and I've given up. - I generally have flash disabled to avoid this sort of thing. It would be good to be able to just download it and read off line....

Security & Privacy download
What a waste of time this is. For a download you need to be able to save it to the computer. Tried printing some of the pages and either they wouldn't print or came out very badly.

zinio download
Would have preferred a PDF doc to save to file and print at leisure. To much time wasted trying to print.

Don't think I will bother then.
After reading the comments, I don't think I'll even bother to try to download and print. Only one reader reports success! I'm a subscriber too and think we should get these sort of things included free with our posted issue.

Security and Privacy Booklet
Can only view at 100%, 200%,etc. Haven't tried printing it as cannot read the booklet properly. I have had this problem with Zinio reader before. Why not stick with Adobe Reader? Also reading the verication code below not always easy. Sometimes difficult to know whether it is a zero or an O or o.

Security & Privacy Booklet
Bought a back issue just for the booklet as I'd thrown my copy away but it's not available anymore with Back Issue. However download allowed me to print out OK. I'm satisfied.

PC Security Booklet
After trying to download this and having experienced that awful ZINIO in the past I've given up. Like many others what the Devil is wrong with the good old PDF system that's freely available, most PC users have the viewer installed and has never failed us? Does CA publishers get grist from the Zinio mill or what??
