Peripheral manufacturer Pocketbook is to bring three ebook reader models to the UK later in 2011.

The Ukrainian company announced the devices at Cebit. The Pocketbook 603 has a 6in screen and can access Bluetooth devices, wireless networks and even the 3G mobile phone networks. It is expected to cost €200 (£169) when it goes on sale later this year.

A 9in model, the Pocketbook 902 can connect to wireless networks and Bluetooth devices, and will cost €300 (£254). Both it and the Pocketbook 603 use e-ink screens, similarly to most ebook readers such as the Amazon Kindle.

The 7in Pocketbook 701, on the other hand, uses a TFT LCD screen similar to that on a mobile phone, and willl run a full version of the Android operating system. It has 256MB of memory, a memory card reader, mini-USB port and headphone socket, and will cost €159 (£134).
