Wider variety of BBC shows now on offer than through BT Vision's TV Replay
BT Vision has incorporated the BBC iPlayer into its service.
The BBC iPlayer will work alongside BT Vision's TV Replay service, which will still continue to offer catch-up TV from ITV's Net Player, 4 On Demand and Demand 5, but replaces the smaller selection of BBC programmes previously available,
The change means Vision customers can get more than 400 hours of catch-up BBC programmes including The Apprentice, Eastenders and Top Gear, and more than 1,000 hours of radio programmes.
There is no charge to customers for watching shows through BBC iPlayer on BT Vision.
Marc Watson, BT Retail's chief executive of television and online services, said: "The launch of BBC iPlayer on BT Vision adds to the enormous range of quality entertainment already available to our customers. We are really excited to be partnering with the BBC to bring BBC iPlayer to our customers."
