Search engine simplifies search results and offers more functionality
Yahoo has revamped its search results pages, introducing a more simplistic design.
New features on the site include automatic tabs and filters. The automatic tabs appear below the search box, offering access to content from the web, or the ability to narrow searches to images, video, news, blogs, finance and sports.
The filters are situated on the left of the page and can be used to sort results by time and related searches. According to a blog post from the Yahoo search team, the changes, which can be seen at the link below, have been introduced based on user feedback.
The team said it was still encouraging further feedback on changes users would like to see incorporated into the search engine.
