Parents can voice their concern about online content at Parentport

Parentport, a website for parents set up by media regulators such as the Advertising Standards Authority, has joined forces with websites Mumsnet and Netmums.

The aim of Parentport is to encourage parents, grandparents, guardians and carers to voice their concerns about media content they find inappropriate and put this to the appropriate regulator through the website's 'have your say' facility.

Netmums has also started a new discussion board entitled 'Keeping your kids media safe' which will also feature information, and links to Parentport.
