The Full Monty reflects increased demand for mobile broadband

T-Mobile is offering truly unlimited internet to mobile customers on its new Full Monty plan.

The plan, which will be available from 1 February, also includes unlimited calls to other T-Mobile customers plus unlimited text messages.

It also includes mobile-tethering, which means users can connect their phone to a laptop or PC and use the mobile connection to get their computer online.

"Over the past two years, we've seen a rise in mobile internet use of over 250 per cent, which reflects the consumer trend of being ‘always on' wherever they are," said Ben Fritsch, head of propositions at T-Mobile in the UK.

In late 2010 mobile operator Three announced an 'all you can eat' data plan, which is also available to pay-as-you-go customers. The Three plan doesn't include mobile tethering as standard.

Prices for the new T-Mobile plan start at £36 a month on a 24-month contract. More details about the Full Monty data plan can be found on the T-Mobile website.
