Simple clear advice in plain English

Use mouse gestures in your browser

Learn some extra moves to save time when browsing web pages

q-a-logo

The Opera web browser allows you to use the mouse instead of some keyboard shortcuts to save time. This is built into Opera and is activated automatically the first time you make one of these gestures.

For example, holding down the right mouse button and then moving the mouse to the left will move back one page. There are also some more complicated gestures. To open a link in a new tab, move the cursor over the link so it changes, hold down the right mouse button and move the mouse down. Move the mouse down and then up to load the link in a background tab to keep reading the page you are on. It is also possible in Firefox using the Mouse Gestures plug-in.
