Bring speed-dial thumbs back to Opera
Q I use the Opera web browser, as I find it faster and more
reliable than
Internet Explorer 7. Unfortunately, though, I seem to have lost the
speed-dial thumbnails that appear when opening a new tab. Although the
bookmarks can still be accessed using the keyboard shortcuts, there does
not appear to be a way of making them reappear.

A There is a quick solution to this problem. Open a new tab
- either by
pressing Ctrl and T together or by holding the right mouse button down and
moving the mouse towards you. There should be a small link at the bottom
right of the screen that says ‘Show Speed Dial’. Left-click on it to bring
the thumbnails back.
