Use online image search tools to find wallpaper that fits your desktop
Finding images to use as wallpapers can be frustrating when searches suggest images that are too small to be usable. If you are using Google, type imagesize:1280x1024 before the subject you are looking for in the search box at Google Images, substituting the width and height of your desktop in pixels.
The results will now be restricted to that size. If you want to change the size, look in the left-hand column for the image size settings. Bing also has the option to search for images by size and it can detect your screen resolution.
Go to
Bing
and click on Images on the left. Enter the search term in the search box and
press Enter. Click on Size on the left and then on wallpaper. The results will
be filtered to match your screen size.
