Q My PC got a virus and I had to wipe my hard disk. In doing so I lost Spotify. How can I re-install it? I am still registered as I have received an email newsletter.

A All you need to do is download the Spotify software from the company’s website and use the login details provided when you joined.

Start your web browser, visit Spotify in the address bar and press Enter. Click on the Download tab and then the green Download now button. Double-click on the file when it has downloaded to install the software.

Spotify will start automatically after installation and ask for your username and password. Click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link if you cannot remember it for instructions on how to reset it.
