Unhide the tabs and scroll bar in Excel 2007 with this helpful tip
Q The sheet tabs and the horizontal scroll bar have suddenly disappeared on some of my Excel 2007 worksheets.
I have tried changing the settings in Display Options and all the relevant boxes are correctly ticked.
The tabs and scroll bar reappear if Full Screen mode is enabled but then I lose the top ribbon.

A This problem happens if you have clicked on the Restore Window button to show several workbooks in the Excel Window at the same time.
To return to a single document view, and bring all the tabs back to normal, double-click on the title bar of the workbook inside the Excel window. Alternative solutions can be found on the Microsoft Office website.
