Make the most of the Signature facility in Outlook Express

One of the most underused features of Outlook and Outlook Express is the Signature facility that enables the user to add a name or a message to emails.

However, it can also be used for endless other tasks, such as standard replies to emails, information that you send regularly to various recipients, like postal address and telephone numbers, and a variety of other subjects that occur regularly.

It is quite easy to customise this feature for your own use. In Outlook click on tools, followed by Options and then Mail Format.

Under Signature choose Signature Picker and add your own variations. In Outlook Express, you need to go to Tools, then Options followed by Signatures.
