Very good but
The video guide to back up before upgrading is excellent but as a 78 year old cannot remember all that it says to do

Why is it that the video instruction sound is at a rate of knots and is almost unintelligible. I like to use these videos to further my knowledge but I have difficulty in following them because of the speed.
