Add bookmarks quickly and easily
There are many ways to make the bookmarks bar in Firefox easier to use. First make it visible by clicking on the View menu, Toolbars and then Bookmarks Toolbar.
Adding bookmarks is very simple as you can drag the icon to the left of the web address onto the bookmark bar. Firefox uses the name given by the website, which might be too long for the address bar. Right-click on the entry in the Bookmark bar and left-click on Properties. You can now edit the text in the name box at the top of the window.
It is even possible to organise the bookmarks into folders that become dropdown menus. Right-click on the Bookmarks Toolbar and left-click on New Folder. Give the folder a name and press Enter. Hover the mouse over the menu to make it appear and drop the bookmark in the place you want.
