Appears to be loading but nothing happens. Using Vista and internet explorer 8.

hi sounds simple but what is this windows login part i not got this in my vista bit worried about this part i hoping i got the right cd as i got a vista home premium and brought home premium upgrade version hoping i haven't wasted my money could u email me an answer if possible loving your magazine

vista home premium to windows 7 upgrade problems
click install now,loads temporary files, says setup starting. Then screen goes back to install now screen and appears to freeze.Any suggestions please. Went back to PCWorld where I bought the upgrade and they are only interested in charging £50 to do it for me
