Make an audio CD using Windows Media Player 10
Q I am using
Windows
Media Player 10 to make a compilation audio CD. I arrange the music and burn
the CD but it will not play on my hifi system. Looking at the disc in Windows
all the audio files are WMA files. They do play on my computer.

A Ensure you use the Audio CD setting in the burn options.
Click the down arrow on the Start Burn button and click on Audio CD. This option
is also in Windows Media Player 11’s Burn menu. The burn list column will say if
it is going to burn an audio or data CD.
