download problem
tried to download using Firefox and Foxit PDF, file would not open. Re-tried using IE7 and Foxit and all went well.

Failure to download 32-page PDF ebook
Each time, I get a confusing message; or a dll not /exe.way/? XP profesional cpu 2.8 all microsoft updates OK Any idea what wrong?

Poor Deal For Subscribers
I agree with other subscribers. Why cant we have the booklet as well? I will cancel my subscription if this continues and just buy the issues that look of interest to me from the shop.

I have tried to find this using both firefox and IE (ver 6) but have not located download "button" am I missing something or just a little thick?

Any responsible company will look at ways of reducing costs and how its operations impact on the environment. I think it is quite right that you have a choice to purchase the guide or as a subscriber have a free download. Roll on the time we have a reduced subsciption for downloading the magazine, again saving on paper and energy.
