Check Works Calendar for two or more people
When two or more people are using Works, it is possible for them to maintain their own separate calendar. However, there are times when it is necessary to check the schedule of more than one person to see if everyone can attend an appointment.
The Works Calendar lets you temporarily merge two or more calendars to check for schedule clashes. Click the View Together link to the left of the screen and select the calendars to be viewed simultaneously. All appointments will now be displayed on a single calendar with coloured text used to distinguish between them.
