Make simple changes to Excel 2010

To show the list of recently edited documents in Excel 2010’s File menu, you need to make a change.

Click on the File menu at the top-left of the Excel window and click Options. Click on Advanced option in the left column of the Excel Options window and scroll down to the Display section.

Click in the text box labelled Show this number of Recent Documents and enter a number in the text box. Click on the arrows to change the number or type it. Then click on OK.
