Create the text boxes you want in your Word document and then use the Ribbon to link them so that text dropped into the first box will flow on into the others
If you are working on a Word document with text boxes, it is possible to link them together so that text flows from one to another.
Click on the Insert tab in the Ribbon and then on Text box to insert a text box into the document. Arrange this as required and then repeat with the second box. Delete all the text in the second box.
Click on the first box and make sure the Format tab of the Drawing tools tab in the Ribbon is selected. Click on the Create Link icon in the Text section of the Ribbon. The cursor will change to what looks like a jug. This icon will change slightly as you move over the second text box.
Click on the second box to select it and the boxes will be linked together. As text overflows from one box it will appear in the second.
