If you want to access Hotmail on someone else's computer but are worried about security, you can request a 'one use' password to be sent to your mobile
If you want to access a Hotmail account on another computer but are worried about keyloggers stealing the password, you can request a one-time password that won’t leave your emails vulnerable if it is captured.
First you need to enter a mobile number to receive the password. Go to the Windows Live login page, sign in and click on the Add link next to Mobile phone. Select the country, enter your mobile number and click on Add. Click on the link in email you are sent to confirm.
To sign in with a code, click on the ‘Get a single use code to sign in with’ link underneath the sign in boxes. Click on Get one here.
Enter your username and mobile number and click Send text message. Enter the code sent to your mobile in the single use code text box and click on the Sign in button.
